Some of you are still doing Dry January & some may have given up the booze for good, either way as much as a good G&T at the end of a long day can make the world of difference your body (and skin) will thank you if you go a little alcohol free. So being that I did this for 9 months, here are a couple of recommendations in London. First take a visit to Redemption Bar, with two locations covering both East and West London it’s open until 10:30pm so you can eat, drink and be merry without getting too merry or even being tempted. This is a truly booze free zone. Most good cocktail bars will also do mocktails, head to the Dandelyan Bar at the Mondrian or Mark’s Bar at Hix where you can get beautiful, chic cocktails where you will only get high on the sugar content or try the Nightjar in Old Street which can create a bespoke mocktail based on whatever you fancy. So by now you’re feeling fantastic but you can also give your skin a wine hit with Caudalie Vinosource, don’t worry it’s based on grapes not a good Rioja.
