This exhibition couldn’t come at a better time, Robert Rauschenberg was an extraordinary American pop artist who’s work incorporated any experience and material he encountered from from Kennedy to the pavement. The first full scale retrospective since his death in 2008 this is definitely worth seeing.
Elton John has an exceptional modern photography collection and it is now on display at the Tate Modern. Including Man Ray, Brassai and Aleksandr Rodchenko this is an amazing collection truly worth seeing.
Georgia O’Keeffe is one of my favourite artists so I was really excited to see this retrospective at the Tate Modern, be sure to go and check it out this summer.
On until the end of October, Barbara Hepworth’s retrospective exhibition at the Tate Modern showcases a large selection of work including previously unseen pieces. Beautiful studies of form in wood, bronze & stone.
Coming soon to the Tate Modern is an exhibition by Marlene Dumas. With portraits & paintings exploring sexuality, death & shame this it looks at relationships between subjects and references many a famous face including Princess Diana, Amy Winehouse & Naomi Campbell. This is one to add to the diary.
