This is an iconic 1960’s look which needs iconic 1960’s eyelashes. Try using a mascara such as YSL’s Luxurious Mascara in Black to layer multiple coats of mascara on both top and bottom lashes, separating the eyelashes out whilst keeping them thick. For that extra 60’s touch add a white kohl pencil such as MAC’s Eye Kohl in Fascinating to the waterline of the eye.
