This shoot is from the April issue of Vogue Turkey and features Othilia Simon, shot by Daniel Riera, styling by Ondine Azoulay and hair by Seb Bascle. For the makeup I kept it clean and groomed with a focus on skincare and a naturally matte base. To start with I spent a good 20 minutes massaging the skin with Clarin’s Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil moving in upwards strokes to boost collagen production and stimulate blood flow before sealing the moisture in with Sisley Ecological Compound and blotting lightly with a tissue to reduce any excess oil. Using the metal tip to cool the skin I applied By Terry Cellularose Hydraradiance Eye Contour around the eye area and then exfoliated the lips with Kiko Scrub & Peel Wipes before applying Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm for a matte finish. I wanted to give the illusion of no makeup so I skipped base and just used Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay In Place High Cover Concealer to conceal any redness or blemishes and then added some Bobbi Brown Tinted Under Eye Brightener to conceal any dark shadows. Finally brows were lightly filled in with MAC Eye Brows in Lingering and the body was massaged with Balance Me Rose Otto Body Cream to stay hydrated.
