I always find it exciting when an established skincare or fragrance brand that I already love branches out into other areas of the beauty market as it has usually been years in the making so you know its going to be good. I’m currently really into Diptyque’s Body Care range as the products smell incredible (would you expect anything less?) and they actually work, the Multi Use Exfoliating Scrub and Infused Facial Water both make your skin feel squeaky clean whilst being gentle. But more exciting for me is when skincare goes into makeup as I’m a skincare fiend, Eve Lom’s Radiance Perfected Complexion Range has a great Tinted Moisturiser which is good for those who want a bit of coverage whilst making sure their skin is well treated. Also check out Balance Me’s Colour Range which has BB Natural Perfection cream for a bit of coverage and then a series of tinted lip salves which all bring in their natural approach to skincare. For a bit more coverage, Philosophy has got a series of foundations which are still comfortable on the skin, Hope In A Jar Foundation has a beautiful finish. Finally if you want a full range of cosmetics that are coming with a good skincare back up have a look at Korres or Origins. The Korres Lip Butter in Quince has an amazing colour to it and smells great and from Origins try out the Ginzing Brightening Cream Eyeshadow. It’s not just enough to be pretty, there’s got to be science behind it.
