This shoot is from the new issue of Vanity Fair France featuring the beautiful Constance Jablonski, shot by Paul Wetherell, styled by Darcy Backlar and hair by Vi. The feeling for the clothes was one of this season’s big trends, the 70’s, so I looked at an icon of that decade Lauren Hutton with a sun kissed, healthy and apparently effortless feeling using all Estee Lauder products. As Constance has amazing skin I didn’t use any base but gave the skin a massage with Resilience Lift Restorative Radiance Oil to hydrate and boost her natural glow before buffing in All Day Glow BB Moisture Makeup with a soft brush to give just a hint of coverage and colour. For the eyes I used soft brown shades from the Sculpted Eyeshadow 5 Colour Palette in Fiery Saffron before curling lashes and adding layers of Sumptuous Infinite Daring Length & Volume Mascara for long, fluttery lashes. Eyebrows were groomed up and filled in slightly for definition with Automatic Brow Duo. Finally I did a little sculpting on the cheekbones with Bronze Goddess Powder Bronzer before adding a subtle highlight to cheeks with Pure Colour Blush in Lover’s Blush and then a slick of Rose Lip Balm on the lips to complete the look.
