I am over joyed whenever I hear of feminist progress across the world so wanted to highlight this amazing work by Plan UK and their Because I Am A Girl campaign who have been successful in their mission to raise the legal age for marriage in Guatemala to 18. Girls should be allowed to make an informed choice of when they choose to get married and this marks a huge achievement and steps forward to protect young girls from forced marriage and sexual abuse. Bravo.
