This shoot is from the Spring Summer 2016 issue of Exhibition Magazine shot by Nadav Kander featuring Annely Bouma, Styling by Vanessa Coyle, hair by Raphael Salley and nails by Michelle Class. With a theme for the issue being wax, this shoot was inspired by Stanley Kubrick’s Barry Lyndon which was shot entirely with candlelight. To really make the skin glow I started with an oil facial using Creme de La Mer The Renewal Oil and then used Caudalie Vino Perfect Radiance Serum to seal in the moisture. Under eyes were soothed with Balance Me Wonder Eye Cream and lips were hydrated with By Terry Baume de Rose. I wanted to avoid foundation and keep the skin quite raw so I just used Cle de Peau Beaute Concealer on any redness and Bobbi Brown Tinted Eye Brightener under the eyes for dark circles. I then used a warm brown cream colour around the eyes such as MAC Cream Colour Base in Mid Tone Sepia to bring out Annely’s blue eyes and skipped on mascara for an other worldly feel. Body was hydrated and glowing with Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse.
