This shoot is my latest for Vogue China shot by Katja Rahwles, featuring the beautiful Sasha Luss with styling by Franck Benhamou & hair by Marc Lopez. For the initial beauty I kept everything super clean and focused on some hardcore skincare by massaging Sunday Riley Juno Hydroactive Cellular Face Oil into the skin to boost circulation and really hydrate before sealing the moisture in with Santa Maria Novella Turmeric Cream which smells heavenly. With the makeup I used all MAC Cosmetics. To create the lightest of bases yet give a flawless finish I buffed in Face & Body Foundation and lightened under eye shadows with Prep & Prime Highlighter in Light Boost before curling the eyelashes and adding a slick of Lip Conditioner for a hint of shine & moisture. For the second beauty look I used shades of red and pink on the eyes & lips to give a vibrant, clash of colour. For the eyes I first worked in Loose Pigment in Process Magenta mixed with a small amount of Mixing Medium and then set it with Veluxe: Pearlfusion Shadow in Pink Luxe which has an irridescent finish to add depth to the colour before adding layers of Haute & Naughty Mascara to both top & bottom lashes using a downward motion to separate & thicken. On the lips I first outlined and filled with Lip Pencil in Redd before filling in with Mineralize Rich Lipstick in Everyday Diva which has a satin finish to give a slight element of shine. For the cheeks I skipped on a contour but added highlights to the skin with Cream Colour Base in Luna on cheekbones & bridge of nose.
