This shoot is from the January 2017 issue of Vogue Japan and features the stunning Amanda Wellsh shot by Gianpaolo Barbieri, styling by Sissy Vian and hair by Pierpaolo Lai. The feature of the shoot was Bvlgari: Create a History with Jewels so I created a beautiful, timeless makeup and then a little glitter number as well. First I began with a facial massage using Rodin Olio Lusso to boost radiance and circulation to the skin, Sisley Eye Contour Cream hydrated around the eyes and Creme de la Mer The Lip Balm moisturised lips. For a light and luminous base I used Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua applied with a damp sponge and then Bobbi Brown Intensive Skin Serum Corrector under the eyes to eliminate any dark shadows. For a classic soft brown around the eyes I worked with Tom Ford Eye Colour Quad in Cocoa Mirage and loaded up the lashes with YSL Shocking Mascara, for an added flick I lined the top outer lashes with DiorShow Art Pen and also warmed the cheeks with Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow. Finally for the shimmering emerald eyes I lined the socket and lower lash line with MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack before filling the centre with Makeup Forever Glitter in Green for a true sparkle.
